Happily Ever Hamilton
I used to hear people say "When you know, you know." I hated that saying. I used to think, how the heck do you know you want to marry someone and spend the rest of your freaking life and eternity with someone after just knowing them for a few months or in some instances a few weeks.
But now I totally get it. I completely understand how you just know. It's like all of the sudden everything feels right. There's peace, there's comfort, there's excitement, there's love you've never ever felt or even began to imagine.
That's how I felt/feel with Jared. Granted, it took me a year to "just know". But the second I opened up my heart, I just knew that Jared was the exact and only person that was meant for me. All of the sudden I knew exactly why all my past relationships didn't work out or why I moved to California. Jared was my purpose. Now before all my men hating followers start thinking, "No, no guys is someone's purpose. You are a strong independent women, who don't need no man." I hear you. And before Jared I had a different purpose. But I believe we are all born with multiple purposes. As we go through life, we learn what each of our purposes are. Jared is my most important purpose. Inspiring others with disabilities is another one of my purposes, but Jared is my favorite purpose. The one I believe has given me the most growth. The one that has inspired me the most. The one who has changed me for the better.
June 22nd, 2017 was hands down the single most important, special, magical, memorizing day of my life. I don't think I have ever cried so much in my life. Happy tears streamed down my face all day long. Being able to be sealed for time and all eternity to the lover I was designed for was nothing short of a miracle. I wish I could relive our sealing. The moment our sealer called me, "Sister Hamilton", Jared and I looked at each other and it was all surreal. We were married, I was his wife and he was my husband and nothing would ever change that.
I am so grateful for modern times where photography and videography are a thing. #blessed that people have such talent, and are so willing to share that gift. We were completely blown away by every single one of our vendors and how incredibly talented they all were.
A million "Thank You's" to our friends and family who helped make our wedding day as perfect as it was. We couldn't have done it without everyone. Thank you to those who traveled to California from all over the world. Thank you to those who took time out of their day to come party and celebrate with us.
Thank you to my bridesmaids, you all have influenced my life and have helped mold me into the person I am today. You all have been by my side in the best and worst of times and I love you each more than I will ever be able to tell you. You have changed my life. And I will forever be grateful for each of you.
Thank you to Jared's many many groomsmen. It was the first time meeting many of you but you all left an impact on my heart and I can totally see why Jared choose each of you. And why he loves you all so much. It was so special to share my favorite day with my husbands favorite people.
To my family and Jared's, you are our people. We were able to laugh, cry and celebrate with all of you. I love my family with all my heart and how blessed am I to say the same about my new family. Thank you thank you thank you. I LOVE YOU ALL!
